Private Training Programs.

01 ———-

Foundations is designed for dogs and owners who want a strong starting point while also gaining experience practicing around other dogs, people, and everyday distractions. Your program begins with a private lesson, giving us time to focus on you and your dog individually, establish clear communication, and prepare you for group training. From there, your private Guides and group classes work together to help you build skills, practice them with guidance, and begin developing greater reliability in real-life environments.

Across three private lessons and six group classes, we’ll strengthen existing skills, work through individual challenges, and give you more opportunities to practice around dogs, people, movement, and real-world distractions. As you progress, training begins to shift from simply knowing the skills to being able to rely on them when everyday life gets more interesting.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

Your Adventure program begins with a private lesson to evaluate your current skills, identify areas that need strengthening, and prepare you and your dog for the next level of training.

From there, your remaining private lessons and group classes work together throughout your program. Private sessions give us space to refine skills, troubleshoot individual challenges, and prepare for more difficult environments, while group classes provide repeated opportunities to practice around dogs, people, movement, and distractions.

As your skills progress, training can move from our Beginner Group Class at a local Brentwood park into our Advanced Group Class in Downtown Brentwood, where you'll practice around the sights, sounds, movement, and unpredictability of everyday life.

The goal isn't simply to make training harder—it's to help you and your dog become more capable together.
